Return Policy


1. If the products purchased were from stock or the sales floor, they can be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase.  Product must be returned in new condition

2. Special Order products are products that are not held in regular stock and are ordered at the specific request of the customer.  Special Order products cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances once The Outdoor Living Store has placed the order with the manufacturer or 24 hours after the customer places the Sales Order with The Outdoor Living Store (whichever is first). ETA of Special Orders is based on what we receive from the Manufacturer and is subject to change due to conditions with Supply Chain and does not justify a cancellation of the order.

3. Returnable products must be brought to the store before the refund will be processed.  If a product was delivered to the customer, the customer is responsible for the delivery cost to bring the product to the store or the customer can bring the product to the store themselves for the return and refund.

4. The customer must have a receipt for return and refund to occur.  If the customer does not have the receipt, we can search our system if the customer provided contact information on the original sale.  If no contact information was provided, we cannot do the search.

5. If the customer feels the product is defective, The Outdoor Living Store must be notified within 1 day of receiving the product so we can address the claim.  This can be done by contacting The Outdoor Living Store or visiting the website to claim.  A ticket will be started by our Helpdesk so we can address the concern in an effective manner.  You will receive an email notification of your claim.
